* Some furnaces and air conditioners may require specialized cleaning due to their construction and / or environment. Additional cleaning fees may be required.

* Defective parts and items needing repaired found under this contract may result in additional charges.

This agreement is payable in advance and will be rendered as listed (unless other arrangements are made). This agreement does not include costs associated with emergency service, but does provide priority status if emergency service is required. Petersen Plumbing & Heating Co is not liable for any work performed on the equipment by others.
