Gas leak at home.  Called & spoke with Jessica.  She had no one available, so would be after hours or Thursday.  Choose after hires.  Within 20 minutes, she called back stating she had a tech available!
She was very professional & polite.

Lee Smet arrived within 40 minutes & tested & shared results.  He had to return to the shop to get the thread machine, which delayed 50 minutes.  Job was completed in approximately 2 hours.

Jessica & Lee have outstanding customer service.  A reason I continue to do business with Petersen for plumbing, heating & cooling
